Our Approach

Our Proven Methodology

Outlined below is the framework for how we engage with our clients. When you partner with us, we will work with you to define how our process can benefit you the most.   Our experienced consultants use industry standards, best practices, and reputable products to provide network integration solutions that support your business.  Our five-step methodology ensures that your network performs reliably and effectively, and can respond to your changing business needs—today and tomorrow.

1.  Analyze

The process begins with an analysis of your needs. We will do a preliminary analysis of your business needs so that we may determine which of our services you will require. Our in-depth technology audit and data-gathering process gives us a “behind the scenes” look at your existing network architecture, computing environment, and technology-related issues. We also obtain a clear and objective understanding of your business goals and how you use technology—the keys to making technology work for you.
At the end of this step you will receive an estimate of services and fees as well as a project timeline.

2.  Recommend

We will work with you to formalize and document your requirements.  A key deliverable in this phase is the business requirements document which outlines processes and application functionality.

Our research and analysis is summarized and presented in a detailed set of recommendations for a custom-designed network solution that fits your business. Our recommendations include a plan, a network map, clear objectives and a prioritized list of action items.

3.  Implement

Whether we’re updating or reconfiguring your current infrastructure or designing an entirely new one, we handle all aspects of the process including strategic planning, design, procurement, consulting, project management, implementation, testing, training, and documentation.

4.  Monitor

Critical to your success is ensuring that your technology runs at peak performance and works provides the functionality that your business needs.  This step is intended to "close the loop" on the project cycle. Once a solution has been in use for an appropriate amount of time, it should be analyzed to see what works and what doesn't and identify areas for improvement. Analysis of usage statistics and conversion goals (how many people completed a task that was critical to impacting key performance indicators) is crucial to feed this understanding. We will factor this information into the strategy and business requirements and produce a needs document of suggested areas of improvement.

5.  Manage

A proactive approach to systems maintenance and support helps you reduce technology costs by managing your internal systems efficiently. Delivering IT offers a variety of proactive, preventive care and support plans to help reduce emergency calls and enhance system stability through scheduled maintenance and support.
